Directions for construction of a folding banner stand. This will
match the existing King's and Queen's banner holders.
2"x6" lumber: top 30", bottom 24", ends 2"x2"
Hardware: 3/4" floor flange, 6" brass nipple (threaded pipe),
1/2" bolt w/ self locking nut & washer to allow it to swivel.
The brass pipe accepts a standard 10 foot section of EMT. add
a screw hook at the top to hold the banner rope.
